This standard Flex cable should be used to connect a pedal that lacks a power adapter input socket to an outlet of a CIOKS power supply.  Type 6 Flex cables are fitted with a black 9V battery clip which should be snapped onto the counterpart in the pedal's battery compartment instead of a 9V battery.  You should use this cable type to power older pedals from Roger Mayer Classic Rocket series like the Octavia, Axis, Fuzz or Spitfire, some vintage MXR or Wah pedals or others which normally only can be powered from a 9V battery.
