This special Flex cable as the name implies makes a parallel connection of two outlets of a CIOKS power supply.  A parallel connection adds the currents fo the two outlets used.  If used with two 9V oulets rated at 200mA you'll still get 9V but with a current rating of 400mA.  You can use the Parallel Flex adapter with any of the standard Flex cables to match the type, size and polarity of the pedal's power input socket.  You should only use the Parallel Flex adapter with two outlets with exactly the same voltage setting and preferably with the same current rating.  If you wish to add voltage instead of current have a look at the Series Flex adapter 2200 or two Stack Flex types.
